April 5 - 12 Week Update

Not much time to write this AM. Just got back Saturday from a 10 day trip where we had to eat out most of the time, eat at others' choices: Chinese food twice with rice and breaded chicken, potatoes several times, and more carbs overall (although not more sweets and NO soft drinks). However, also more walking and other exercise than usual as well. Results:



Weight lost: 27 pounds (2.25 pounds/week)
First time bodyfat shows under 30% (although this number on the Tanita is not accurate for small changes, the overall move from 37% at the beginning is good.

Good work! Also felt good to be back home and have control over what I eat more easily.
